We do not use cookies to collect and store information We will only use any personal information you send us for the purposes for which you provide it. We will only hold your information for as long as necessary.

If you have offered to help or contribute to the group in any way it will be necessary for us to pass your details to other members of the scout group(Radcliffe On Trent). It may also be necessary to provide our district(Rushcliffe) and our County(Nottinghamshire) teams with your details.

We will respond promptly to remove photographs and/or personal data from the website where the person making such a request has a right to do so under the Data Protection Act.
